GROWTH TRACK

The Growth Track is designed to offer you the information and experiences necessary to develop into a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.  From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your final destination in ministry, the Growth Track will lead you through a step-by-step process of healing, growth and leadership. 

CHURCH 101

The Growth Track begins with the 101 Class sharing with you the vision, purpose and mission of The New Covenant Fellowship Church.  This class is the basic introduction to our church family. Since we have members from many different church backgrounds, this class was designed to clearly explain who we are and what we believe.

ESSENTIALS 201

You then move to Essentials 201, where you learn the essential habits every believer needs to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.  This class is to teach you how to become mature Christians so that you can fulfill God's will for you (Col 4:12b) and teach you about dicipleship with a goal that you will commit to the habits necessary for spiritual maturity.  You will walk away understanding the Essential habits of a healthy believer.

DISCOVERY 301

After learning the Essentials, you are ready for Discovery 301, where you discover your personality, gifts and purpose in life and see how God combines them for the best fit in ministry.  In this class, our hope is that you take a step towards understanding how your uniquely designed personality, coupled with the spiritual gifts God has given you help reveal a fulfilling path to your destiny. Proverbs 25:2 says it is God’s privilege to conceal things and our privilege to discover them. Together, let’s discover all that God has planned for our generation and make a positive difference for the Kingdom.

DREAM TEAM 401

Finally, we show you how to become part of the Dream Team in 401, where you learn that God's ultimate goal for our life is to make an eternal difference in the life of another person.  In this class, you get the opportunity to learn more about the various opportunities in our ministry and meet with a ministry leader to finalize your place on the team.
